Born and raised in the Atlanta area, Cathy often visited the mountains of North Georgia with her parents and grandparents. The mountains of the Big Canoe Community became a special place for her family in the 80's as they began retreating as often as possible to the Rumble family log cabin. Her kids grew up playing at the Big Canoe Community beach, swimming in the pool, and sliding down the rock slide. So many wonderful memories! In 2004, her family was blessed with the opportunity to move to the Jasper area and settle in the Bent Tree community.
Cathy specializes in the Big Canoe Community and Bent Tree properties. These gated mountain communities offer golf, tennis, swimming, lake with beach area, playground, hiking trails, and more. It would be her pleasure to help you realize your dream of owning a mountain home.

Susan is a faith driven, giving person with a constant big smile and a positive, enthusiastic spirit. That’s because she loves what she’s doing -assisting others to fulfill and keep their dream of homeownership. She specializes in helping people save their homes in this tough economy and assisting others in finding that perfect home that will be their haven for treasured memories. Susan has been called an expert facilitator, acting as a gate keeper between the buyer and the lender, helping first time home-buyers realize their dreams. Having refined her human relations skills as a former school teacher and administrator, Susan craves constant education in her career as a REALTOR. She enjoys living in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains with her computer guru husband, Carlos, who owns On-Site Communications, her two precious children, Chad and Chrissy, and her two spoiled cats and dog. In her spare time, you may find Susan teaching country two steppin’ with her husband or riding into the sunset on a trusty steed.
